About Me
A Gentle Path Back to Yourself
I began my search for the meaning of life in the late 1970s, drawn into the New Age movement and a lifelong path of meditation after a Kundalini awakening. While raising two daughters and building a career, I spent years in ashrams and spiritual communities, experiencing deep joy and growth. My journey led me through the deserts of Arizona and into California, where I immersed myself in alternative healing, ancient practices, and continuous learning. Surrounded by nature, I now live a life of quiet bliss, grounded in reflection and discovery. Today, my purpose is simple yet profound—to help others recognize the perfection within themselves.
