"My connection with Cherie Shelley Sunyata goes back to our youth and when Cherie reached out to me, we had found more in common than when we were young. She introduced me to Reconnection Healing. I live in NEW YORK and Cherie in Minnesota, so of course I had a bit of doubt how this could work??? However, I love to experience new things that can improve my mind, spirit and overall physical self. We set up a time that worked for us both and with our lines of communication we began. Because I can't truly describe how I felt during the experience, will be able to say I Was completely engaged. Cherie's spirit came through in her voice which along with the calming music, felt as though we were in the same space! After an hour and we finished, Cherie talked and then asked, "what was going on with my feet?" I said, > "well, my feet were cold!" (I had during the session covered up all but my feet and did not want to move again to cover them.) Cherie and I talked for a while after and I wish I could truly express how I felt after this hour.
